The Intimidator 305, set to debut in April 2010, takes its name from the late Dale Earnhardt. Cedar Fair Entertainment Co., which owns Kings Dominion, will partner with Dale Earnhardt Inc. on the project, which will be the 15th roller coaster at the park. Construction is already underway on the "giga-coaster," which boasts impressive numbers: Maximum height: 305 feet. Speed: 90 mph + Angle of first drop: 85 degrees. Track length: 5,100 feet over 5 acres. Ride time: 3 minutes. Hourly capacity: 1,350 riders. The company says the price tag is $25 million. -- Orlando Sentinel
